The Board of Directors consists of 17 members.
It includes elected individual members and nominated/co-opted members representing shareholder societies.
Two board seats are reserved for elected women directors.
One seat is reserved for a Scheduled Caste/Tribe (SC/ST) representative.
The Managing Director of the Society is also a member of the Board of Directors.

AGRICO’s Management is based on its bylaws which represent transparency, democratic governance, and accountability. They ensure the safety of members’ rights and responsibility, and guide the operations of the society.
The bylaws of AGRICO make sure that the Management of society is working efficiently and ethically to fulfil its objectives and benefits to its members.

At present, the society has a total of 2,818 members.

By-laws & Rules
Our Multistate Cooperative Society operates in accordance with the By-laws of the Society.
It follows the provisions of the MSCS Act & Rules, 2002 (amended in 2023).
The Society is registered with the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Ministry of Cooperation, New Delhi.
These regulations ensure transparency, accountability, and democratic participation in all operations.
